What counts as a search?
Running a new query in Lead Hunter or Custom search. Paging through its results, re-sorting them, opening a lead and adding it to your CRM are all free — and a search that fails or that you cancel doesn't count.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Searching pauses until your allowance resets — midnight UTC for daily limits. Everything else keeps working: your contacts, deals, inbox and projects are never locked. On the Free plan you get 20 searches a day.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes, any time from Plan & billing. Upgrades take effect straight away and Stripe prorates the difference. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the free plan.
Do unused searches roll over?
No — each allowance resets at the start of its window, whether that's a day or a billing period.
How do you handle payment?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card goes straight to them — Magnet Leads never sees or stores it. Receipts are emailed to you and listed in Plan & billing.
Do I lose my data if I downgrade?
Never. Plans only change how many searches you can run. Everything you've saved stays in your workspace.
