Magnet Leads is software delivered online. This policy explains how and when you receive what you pay for.
1. No physical shipping
We do not sell or ship physical goods. There are no shipping charges, delivery addresses or courier timelines. The billing address you give at checkout is used only for invoicing and to meet payment regulations.
2. How the Service is delivered
- Free plan: available as soon as you create an account at /signup.
- Paid plans: delivered instantly. As soon as your payment succeeds on Stripe's secure checkout, your account is upgraded and the plan's search allowance applies — usually within a few seconds.
- Confirmation: Stripe emails a receipt for each payment, and your plan, renewal date and invoices are shown under Settings → Plan & billing.
- Free trials: the paid plan's features are available immediately for the length of the trial.
3. Where we deliver
The Service is available worldwide through a web browser, wherever the internet connection allows. The same delivery terms apply to customers inside and outside India.
4. If your plan doesn't appear
If your plan is not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, refresh Settings → Plan & billing. If it is still missing, write to our contact form with your account email and the payment receipt, and we will activate it or refund you.
5. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and access continues without interruption. You can cancel at any time — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
